We totally understand that plans can change sometimes! That’s why you can always cancel your reservation with us. As soon as you cancel, we’ll make sure the purchase amount is automatically refunded to your account. You don’t have to do a thing.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly for everyone, we do have one important rule:

Cancellations within 24 hours: Since we are often unable to reschedule other guests or clients at such short notice, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the total amount for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
